±Ø³Ô´ó¹Ïin collaboration with the Washington University in St. Louis (WashU) offers students the opportunity to earn a dual degree - one from ±Ø³Ô´ó¹Ïin Computer Science, and another from WashU in Engineering - via two curricular paths.

Study for three years at ±Ø³Ô´ó¹Ïand continue your studies for another two years at WashU. At the end of the fifth year students receive a BS in Computer Science from ±Ø³Ô´ó¹Ïand a Bachelor's in Engineering (BEng) degree from WashU.
After completing 90 credits (three years) at ACT, students can opt to enroll for an extra (third) year at Washu, continuing their undergraduate engineering studies with a graduate program in engineering in their respective field of choice. Students earn an Engineering Master's (MEng) degree in addition to a BS in Computer Science from ACT, as well as an undergraduate engineering degree (BEng) from WashU. They are also classified as graduate students for all three years at WashU.
Students must complete the ±Ø³Ô´ó¹Ïand WashU curricular requirements that relate to the Engineering field of their choice. Upon completion of their study at ACT, students must earn a GPA of B+ (3.25/4.0) or better, both overall and in science and mathematics courses specifically. Applicants with lower GPAs must secure a letter of support from ±Ø³Ô´ó¹Ïand will be considered by WashU on a case-by-case basis.
All ±Ø³Ô´ó¹Ïcandidates for admission are welcome to apply for financial aid. Financial aid is need-based and the amount of aid is based on the student’s and his/her parents’ financial situation. The candidate’s academic performance is also considered in the selection process and in ensuring that any aid awarded is continued.

Dual degree students opting for the 3+2 option who excel both academically and in co-curricular achievements are eligible to apply for merit scholarships through the Harold P. Brown Engineering Fellowships program.
Students electing to follow the 3+3 option are awarded the Graduate Affiliation Scholarship which guarantees a 50 percent tuition discount for the first year, a 55 percent discount the second year and a 60 percent discount the third year. Both international and US students are eligible.
